Job Title: Client Servicing Executive / Client Relationship Executive

Job Purpose

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of signage and branding projects, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client briefs related to signage, branding, fabrication, and installations
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams
• Prepare and circulate job briefs, timelines, BOQs, and work orders
• Follow up on approvals for designs, drawings, samples, and mockups
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, and installation schedules when required
• Communicate changes, delays, or revisions proactively to clients and internal teams
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Maintain project documentation including POs, approvals, and completion reports
• Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
• Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Management / Marketing preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in signage, advertising, or fabrication industry
• Experience in handling retail branding, mall signage, or corporate projects will be an advantage
