Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media (Female Applicant Preferred)

As a Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media professional, you will be responsible for various key aspects of client coordination, shoot production, and social media management. Your role will involve working closely with clients, digital influencers, TV/film talent, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your passion for client servicing and building strong relationships will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong client coordination skills to understand client briefs thoroughly and ensure timely execution. - Experience in working with digital influencers, TV/film talent, and managing their deliverables. - Passion for client servicing and establishing strong relationships with both existing and new clients. - Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment. - Excellent knowledge of production processes, including planning, organizing, and executing shoots. - Ability to handle shoot coordination end-to-end: - Planning shoot timelines - Coordinating with talent/influencers - Booking crew, locations, equipment - Overseeing on-ground execution - Managing post-production timelines - Coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors for smooth project delivery. - Efficient data and content management, including storage, tracking, and retrieval of production and client files. - Support all areas of production before, during, and after shoots. - Supervise and manage the production team, including directors, editors, writers, stylists, and other staff. - Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. - Strong understanding of brands, agency workings, and the entertainment industry. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player.
