Client Servicing Executive- UK Process ( Male Candidates only )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Verify and check client application data in compliance with established protocols and processes.
• Liase with clients on a support level to ensure the application complies with specified protocols and has accurate data.
• Monitor the Client Support Ticketing system and take appropriate action as needed.
• Liaise with the Business Registries to obtain entity data for order validation.
• Maintain and record all the data and information with diligence
• Work from Office : Chennai Location
• Shift Timings- 3.30pm to 12.30am Rotational 5 days work

• Atleast 1-2 yrs of experience in KYC or other verification/validation related role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal customer service and team building skills
• Adaptable, proactive with a growth mindset.
• Immediate Joiners only
• Only Male candidates.
