CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

In this role at Thoughtcom, you will primarily be involved in operational tasks related to managing and growing multiple client accounts. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior client servicing managers, coordinating with creative teams, conducting research, liaising with vendors for digital marketing activities, contributing ideas to enhance client value, and preparing reports for client meetings and reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior Client Servicing team members with daily tasks on allocated accounts - Coordinate with creative teams to execute tasks based on worklist requirements - Research platforms and competition to develop innovative ideas that drive results - Coordinate with vendors for digital marketing activities such as paid media, website & app development, and live amplification - Participate in brainstorming sessions and reviews to enhance client value proposition - Update trackers and reports based on set frequencies - Attend client meetings, create Minutes of the Meeting, and prepare reports for monthly review meetings and campaign reviews for organic social media and paid media Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or any Communications discipline - Minimum 1 year of work experience in a client servicing role - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Process-driven approach with excellent documentation and time management skills - Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word The company, Thoughtcom, is dedicated to becoming the communications partner of choice by understanding clients" communication needs and using strategic expertise to help them achieve their communication objectives.,
