Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day communication, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements all while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between the client and creative, digital, and strategy teams.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign updates for clients.
• Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person), take minutes, and follow up on deliverables.
• Stay updated on client industries and proactively suggest ideas to enhance campaigns or brand presence.
• Assist in billing, documentation, and administrative tasks related to client accounts.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or internships in advertising/marketing agencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
