Your primary duties will include: Responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries and requests, demonstrating a high level of customer service. Assisting clients in identifying their needs and providing effective solutions to meet their requirements. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships and ensure collaboration. Utilizing tools like App Annie and Mobile Action for conducting keyword research and supporting your choices with data-driven insights. Collaborating closely with account managers and internal teams to guarantee the timely execution of campaigns. Actively participating in client-facing meetings and preparing necessary materials to contribute effectively. Creating comprehensive progress summaries by utilizing data representation techniques within Google Workspace. Utilizing various tools such as Slack, Trello, G Suite, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, App Annie, and Mobile Action for efficient workflow management. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficient knowledge of MS Office. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service, manage projects effectively, and produce high-quality reports will be crucial for achieving exceptional results. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong conversational skills, confidence in handling calls and presentations, and the capacity to organize and coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
