Client Servicing & Account Manager

• Coordinate with clients (daily/weekly) and maintain clear communication
• Convert client inputs into crisp briefs & MoMs for the team
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups
• Share project updates and monthly performance/delivery reports
• Assist with decks, proposals, and presentation prep
  

• 2+ years in a creative/digital agency servicing role
• Excellent written & verbal communication; client-facing confidence
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
• Familiar with branding, social media, and creative workflows
  

• Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides), Email/WhatsApp Business
• Creating a cool workflow using - Asana/Notion/Trello
• Basic comfort with Sheets for timelines & reports
• Experience supporting shoots/events/client meetings
  

• On-time delivery & smooth approvals
• High client satisfaction & quick response times
• Accurate briefs/MoMs and reduced rework
