Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to oversee our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships via calls and emails. You will act as the primary point of contact for our American clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, maintaining regular communication, and providing tailored support.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients, managing communications through phone calls and emails.- Effectively handle and resolve client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions in line with company offerings.- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and deliver high-quality digital and software services.- Understand and communicate in a clear and concise manner, ensuring the American accent and communication style are well-managed.- Monitor client accounts, proactively identifying potential challenges and addressing them before they escalate.- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.- Provide timely feedback and insights to the management team regarding client needs, trends, and potential growth opportunities.Key Requirements:- Proven experience in managing US-based clients, particularly in a digital or software services environment.- Strong command and understanding of the American accent and communication nuances.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Solid understanding of digital services, software products, and general technology trends.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across departments.- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in client services or account management, specifically with US-based clients.- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and client communication platforms.Preferred:- Female candidate only- Experience working with diverse teams in a software or digital services company.- Strong understanding of US client expectations and industry standards.What We Offer:- Competitive salary- Health and wellness benefits- Opportunities for professional growth and development- A dynamic and supportive work environment
