Client Services Lead - Brand Solutions

As the Brand Solutions Lead at Schbang in Saket, New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in connecting brand strategy with client servicing. Your responsibilities will include leading client relationships, devising brand growth strategies, and coordinating with internal teams for the seamless execution of integrated campaigns. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing end-to-end client servicing for key brands, collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges and develop brand strategies, planning and executing brand campaigns in partnership with creative, media, tech, and design teams, presenting strategy decks and campaign ideas to senior stakeholders, nurturing client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, and mentoring account executives and brand strategists. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess at least 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand servicing, or account management within advertising, digital, or integrated agencies. A strong track record of working with renowned brands and successful campaigns will be advantageous. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to translate brand insights into compelling campaigns. You should have proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns, as well as strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.,
