The Client Services Executive plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating seamless communication between Production and the client. Their responsibilities include overseeing the preflight of new projects, entering projects into PA and internal PD, and coordinating the transfer of projects to Production. The Client Services Executive demonstrates a strong commitment to effective management, handling demanding clients and intricate projects. They also take on additional responsibilities such as mentoring junior team members, serving as a language champion, onboarding new clients, optimizing workflows, and educating clients on processes. Responding promptly to client requests for new project initiatives through the centralized technology platform is a key aspect of the Client Services Executive's role. They collaborate closely with various members of the production team to evaluate project scopes, provide cost and timeline estimates for translation projects, and anticipate any potential challenges that may arise during project execution. The Client Services Executive ensures that all project-related details are meticulously planned and communicated to the project team, aiming to preempt and address any obstacles that could hinder successful project completion. In addition to project initiation and planning, the Client Services Executive actively engages in learning about the client's industry, business requirements, and corporate culture. By gaining in-depth knowledge of the client's needs, the Client Services Executive can effectively educate the project team, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Monitoring project progress, adhering to deadlines and budgets, and delivering high-quality results are integral aspects of the Client Services Executive's responsibilities. As a central point of contact between external clients and internal production staff, the Client Services Executive acts as a liaison, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. They are responsible for setting and managing client expectations, complying with ISO regulations and procedures, and resolving any project-related issues promptly. Moreover, the Client Services Executive may be involved in troubleshooting problematic projects, addressing client complaints, and facilitating communication between clients and production staff to resolve issues efficiently. The role also encompasses mentoring junior team members, conducting meetings with production teams to discuss client feedback, concerns, or issues, and engaging in regular client meetings to assess satisfaction levels. The Client Services Executive is expected to handle challenging, demanding, and complex projects with professionalism and efficiency, taking on high-profile, urgent, or critical tasks as needed. Adherence to individual project instructions, effective communication with the production team, and proactive problem-solving are essential skills for success in this role.
