Job Description

The Client Services Administrator role involves supporting and maintaining in-house computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals both on site and remotely in India. Your responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. If necessary, you escalate incidents to maintain SLA expectations. You may use diagnostic and help request tracking tools for problem resolution. In the Strategy, Planning, Acquisition & Deployment area, you will support the acquisition of new computer or networking hardware. Additionally, you will evaluate documented resolutions, analyze trends to prevent future problems, and alert management to emerging incident trends. You will also participate in capacity planning and contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals for Citrix systems, software, and clients. Installing and configuring Citrix applications is also part of your responsibilities. Under Operational Management, you will liaise with end users and staff, provide training and support on computer operation, and address other issues. Your duties will include installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user workstation hardware and networked peripheral devices. You may also work on associated end user workstation software and networking software products. Collaboration with analysts, application developers, and system owners is essential for testing Citrix programs, applications, and interoperability. You will recommend hardware or software changes to optimize Citrix deployments, configuration, or maintenance. For incoming requests to the Service Desk via telephone and e-mail, you ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues. Documentation of pertinent end user identification information and problem details is crucial. Accessing resources like software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs for problem resolution is part of your role. You will also be responsible for installing anti-virus software, ensuring up-to-date virus definitions, performing preventative maintenance, and testing fixes post-resolution for thorough problem resolution. Additionally, conducting post-resolution follow-ups to help requests is expected.,
