Client Service Executive

The Executive/SE-CRR will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing client needs and concerns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback, assisting in the development of strategies to enhance customer experience, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely follow-ups. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1 - 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel as needed are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, expertise in customer relationship management, sales and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus based on performance.
