Client Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to start their career in client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via email, phone, or in-person.
• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and product/service-related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and service logs.
• Support the on boarding process for new clients.
• Prepare and share regular updates/reports with clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer service, or support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
