Client Service cum Content Writer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a unique individual who excels in both client service and content writing to join our team. As a client service & content writer, you'll manage client relationships, develop strategies, create compelling content, and proofread thoroughly to deliver error free works.

Responsibilities:

Client Service:

- Manage client relationships and communications

- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations

- Conduct client meetings and presentations

- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

- Proofreading documents.

- Delivering projects in deadline.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in client service or account management

- 1+ years of experience in content writing (or related field)

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Experience in branding and packaging design

- Portfolio showcasing your writing skills and style

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
