Job Description

You will be working at Roligt, a company dedicated to creating honest circular food systems with the philosophy of "PRIMIUM NON NOCERE," meaning first to do no harm. With the brand Cocoworks, you will be crafting health-forward food and drink choices made with clean labels and minimal food processing techniques. As a dynamic startup in the D2C space in India, you will be part of a purpose-driven brand that is disruptive and inspiring. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing corporate clients and developing new client partnerships. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing and executing pop-up activation events during the launch of dispensing machines at client sites. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the main point of contact for existing corporate clients, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. - Research, identify, and reach out to potential corporate clients to expand the business network. - Assist in onboarding new clients, coordinating logistics for dispensing machine installations, and supporting their launch events. - Plan, organize, and manage pop-up activations at client locations, including engaging employees, sampling products, and promoting healthy eating. - Monitor feedback from both clients and users during events, providing insights to product and operations teams for improvement. - Prepare brief reports summarizing client interactions, event outcomes, and collected feedback. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet approachable attitude. - Self-motivated, outgoing, and quick to adapt in a fast-moving startup environment. - Genuine interest in health-focused food & beverage trends and brand building. - Well-organized, with an ability to handle multiple client accounts and event logistics. - Open to recent graduates from any field but preferred from a business administration/marketing background; prior exposure to sales, events, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. If you join this internship, you will gain hands-on experience with client management, marketing activations, and startup operations.
