Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for 1. Meet decision makers and key stakeholders over formal / informal platforms and close business.2. Curate solutions that would create a win-win solution. 3. Build n manage relationship.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication and Customer Support skills
Analytical Skills to understand and respond to client needs
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in the entertainment or arts industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
