We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive primary and secondary sales, manage distributor networks, and lead a client relationship manager sales team. The role focuses on market expansion, target achievement, and building strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
Research market trends and evaluate competitor's offerings.
Design and manage promotional campaigns across different platforms.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve their queries effectively.
Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
Monitor sales performance, collect client feedback, and prepare regular reports.

Candidate Profile:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation up to 3.45 to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
