Client Relationship Management Intern

As a member of the team at NorthBridge Consulting, you will play a crucial role in assisting with customer acquisition and support to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Reaching out to prospective clients to support customer acquisition. - Managing relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention. - Keeping accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions. What We Offer: - A stipend of 12,000 per month. - Internship certificate & recommendation letter upon successful completion. - Training & mentorship in International client management. - Opportunity for conversion to a full-time Client Manager role based on performance. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Open to college students and recent graduates. - Strong command over written English is mandatory. - Willingness to work on-site at Sector 78, Noida. - Comfortable with early US shift timings (5:30 AM - 12 PM IST). - Flexibility to choose your workdays based on availability.
