Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Management - Celebrities based in Mumbai. The role involves1. Create, curate and execute solutions for celebrities 2. Meet and engage celebrities for business purposes. Some of these meetings may be over informal platforms 3. Research n data analysis 4. Complementing in other marketing activities

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to providing exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in working within the entertainment or talent management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively
