As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) , you will be the primary point of contact for all potential and existing clients seeking international study, migration, or visa consultation services. This role is crucial, requiring a professional balance of sales acumen, exceptional customer service, and expert conflict resolution to guide clients through significant life decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Handle the entire client journey, from initial inquiry to post-service follow-up.
Consultative Sales:
Actively listen to client needs and effectively position and sell the firm's consulting services, meeting monthly conversion targets.
Information Delivery:
Clearly and accurately explain complex visa, immigration, or admission policies to clients, simplifying jargon and processes.
Grievance Resolution:
Professionally manage, investigate, and resolve all client complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Case Administration:
Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and application progress using our CRM system.
Relationship Building:
Foster long-term trust and rapport with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
