The CRM ensures a successful, stress-free journey for all individuals pursuing study or work overseas. Key Focus Areas Client Ownership: Become the single point of contact for the committed client, providing all necessary updates and managing expectations for their mobility process. Process Management: Drive application and acceptance processes for institutions/employers, and expertly coordinate all required student and work visa documentation. Essential Experience 3+ years in a Client Success or Operations role within the Study Abroad/Immigration/Visa Processing sector. Exceptional organizational skills and proactive communication.
