Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the voice of the company, interacting with clients over the phone to provide information, handle inquiries, and generate interest in our financial products and services. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.
• Handle inbound client inquiries with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Provide accurate information regarding stock market and investment solutions.
• Maintain client records and update databases regularly.
• Follow up with clients through calls, messages, or emails as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply – full training will be provided.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
