The Client Relationship Executive (B2B) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partner institutions, education consultants, and corporate clients. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B partners (institutes, agencies, and universities)
Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Manage partner onboarding, communication, and performance tracking
Handle client queries and provide timely business updates and reports
Support marketing and partnership initiatives for expanding business reach
Maintain accurate client data, documentation, and follow-up schedule
Prior experience in B2B client servicing, education, or related sectors preferred
Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil (mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
