We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our Survey Process. The role involves conducting telephonic surveys with customers, collecting accurate feedback, and maintaining professional communication throughout each interaction. Skills and Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools. Attention to detail and good listening skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
