Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to offer suitable solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery. Handle client queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Prepare and present reports, proposals, or updates to clients. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services. Maintain client databases, follow up on renewals, and ensure payment timelines. Monitor client satisfaction levels and suggest process improvements. Support marketing or promotional campaigns relevant to client accounts.
