Role Overview: As a Client Relations Executive / Client Success Executive, your main responsibility is to act as a friendly point of contact for clients and support their needs. You will play a crucial role in communicating client requirements clearly with internal teams, building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling queries with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, and assisting in preparing updates, reports, and presentations.
