Job Description

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring effective use of CRM tools, and supporting customer engagement strategies to maximize retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role involves maintaining accurate customer data, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing targeted campaigns to improve loyalty and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Regularly generate and circulate CRM reports to relevant departments.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Support the development and execution of customer communication strategies.
  • Manage targeted email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback, queries, and complaints through CRM and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Track customer activity, trends, and buying patterns for actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports on customer segmentation, retention rates, and campaign performance.
  • Share insights with sales and marketing teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to improve customer experience.
  • Support loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and events.
  • Act as the point of contact between internal teams for CRM-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in CRM management, customer support, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (email marketing, SMS campaigns, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
