Client Relations Executive

You will be working as a Customer Relationship Associate at Tarasri, where you will play a key role in providing a warm and welcoming environment to customers visiting the showroom. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming customers with elegance and warmth. - Building genuine connections through engaging conversations to make customers feel comfortable. - Assisting and engaging customers as they explore Tarasri's exquisite collections. - Supporting the sales team by ensuring that customers are well taken care of at every step. - Maintaining long-term relationships by remembering client preferences and special occasions. - Ensuring that every customer leaves Tarasri with a positive and memorable experience. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Women candidates with a natural flair for communication and relationship building. - Possess a pleasant, cheerful, and approachable personality. - Fluent in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi. - Previous experience in customer service, retail, front office, or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory. - Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
