*Role Summary:*
A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales and service teams to enhance client retention and business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and support.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present client reports and updates.
