We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for clients and communicate clearly with them.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
• Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
• Account Management: Track client progress and ensure satisfaction with our services/products.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Reporting: Update on client status, issues, and feedback regularly.
• Client Retention: Look for ways to improve client retention through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Project Support: Assist clients with product or service-related questions and support during onboarding or implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
