A Client Query Resolver handles customer inquiries, complaints, and issues across various channels like phone, email, chat, or in-person to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Their primary duties involve promptly responding to queries, diagnosing problems, providing accurate solutions or escalations, and following up to confirm resolutions. They maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams to address complex concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical or service-related issues, replicating problems when needed for effective fixes.
• Update customer databases with interaction details, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
