Client & Project Coordinator

As an Interior Project Coordinator at our company located in Worli, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing project quotations for kitchens, wardrobes, and related fittings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, architects, and internal teams for updates and clarifications. You will conduct client meetings, showroom tours, and site visits, ensuring strong communication and client-handling skills. Additionally, you will support the design team with client updates and project requirements while maintaining organized records of quotations, communications, and progress reports. - Manage project quotations for kitchens, wardrobes, and related fittings. - Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams for updates and clarifications. - Conduct client meetings, showroom tours, and site visits. - Oversee project communication and documentation from design approval to handover. - Support the design team with client updates and project requirements. - Maintain organized records of quotations, communications, and progress reports. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or a related field. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is required, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A pleasant personality and professional presentation will also be beneficial in representing the company effectively.
