Job Title: Sales Executive BIM Services Location: Office-Based (Ahmedabad, India) Experience: 1-3 years About Us: Hitech is a leading provider of BIM (Building Information Modelling) services, offering high-quality design support, BIM modelling, 2D and 3D CAD drafting and drawing, clash detection, Revit modelling, and family creation solutions. With strong delivery teams in India and sales offices in the USA, UK, and the Netherlands, we help clients streamline their design, construction, and manufacturing processes. To strengthen our sales and account management team, we are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to support lead conversion, client engagement, and business growth efforts in the BIM division. Position Summary As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding to, closing, and onboarding leads from small to mid-sized AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) firms, as well as manufacturers of building products. Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal BIM teams, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands the AEC industry, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is office-based in Ahmedabad, India. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads from architects, MEPF consultants and main contractors, surveyors, interior designers, building product manufacturers, and prefab/precast manufacturers, guiding them through the sales process. Qualify potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information on Hitechs BIM services. Support the Client Partner and Account Manager by conducting market research, preparing reports, and assisting in client interactions. Follow up with leads and prospects to drive engagement and conversions. Maintain CRM records and track client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents tailored to BIM services. Coordinate with internal BIM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Engage with existing clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth. Qualifications & Experience: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in BIM services, CAD services, AEC solutions, or software solutions related to the construction industry. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interest in BIM, digital transformation in construction, and AEC industry trends. Prior experience in selling Revit modelling, drawing production, or family creation services is a plus. Demonstrable experience of consultative solution-selling methodologies. Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. Ability to learn quickly and understand BIM solutions, Revit modelling, and construction workflows. Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and business development. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently. Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate records and follow structured sales processes. Collaborative team player. Strong English communication skills verbal and written.
