Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for a Client Onboarding Specialist (RCM) at SCALE Healthcare. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and integration into our services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to gather necessary information, setting up client accounts, providing training and support, monitoring the onboarding progress, and addressing any issues that may arise. The specialist will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
