Client Onboarding Manager - EMEA

We are looking for a skilled Client Onboarding Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding processes for clients.

• Develop and implement effective client onboarding strategies to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks during the onboarding process.
• Design and deliver customized training programs to meet each client's unique needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful communication and issue resolution.
• Analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.

• Proven experience in client onboarding, sales, or account management within the software product industry.
• Strong understanding of software product development life cycles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
