Job Description

Responsibilities:

Initiate and set up product accounts across internal systems.
Coordinate with teams including risk, sales, documentation, and operations to complete account opening.
Navigate cross-functional divisions to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely outcomes.
Organize and prioritize client onboarding for live trades.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Participate in meetings with senior managers and business units.
Contribute to projects and process enhancements supporting onboarding strategy.
Collaborate with global teams on client-related projects and change initiatives.
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and updates.
