Client Growth & Success Officer

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring Client Growth & Success Officers to support our global business operations.
This role involves understanding organisational processes, engaging with prospective clients, coordinating with our GCC team and ensuring smooth progression of business opportunities.

The position is ideal for candidates with strong communication ability, analytical mindset, and interest in technology, ERP systems and enterprise solutions.

Education: Any graduation.

Experience: 1 to 4 years (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a clear understanding of organisational operations, technology environments and business requirements across target markets.
• Identify potential organisations through structured research, industry insights and analytical review.
• Initiate professional communication with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and digital readiness.
• Present suitable technology and process-improvement directions aligned with identified needs.
• Coordinate with the GCC team to arrange advanced discussions, solution presentations and executive-level meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and consistent progression of each opportunity throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain organised records of communication, scheduled interactions and follow-up activities.
• Support long-term relationship building through consistent, responsible and consultative interaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical ability and quick learning capability.
• Understanding of ERP, SaaS or enterprise software concepts (or willingness to learn).
• Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, responsible behaviour and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
