Client Experience Agent

In this role at South Star Software Pvt Ltd, you will be part of the Client Experience team, handling incoming customer requests, managing orders, inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting service-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, responding to emails, providing product information to customers, and resolving complaints effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional company image through your interactions with customers both online and over the phone. **Key Responsibilities:** - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly - Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently - Take ownership of issues, escalating to supervisors when necessary - Provide accurate product and service information to customers - Research information using available tools and systems - Process orders, forms, and applications accurately - Document all call information following standard procedures - Identify and report trends in customer calls to the management team - Reconcile client accounts based on research findings - Resolve billing inquiries and errors using MetTel systems - Assist in preparing variance analysis and performance reports - Act as a liaison between account management teams and customers - Provide billing support, coaching, education, and training to customer support teams - Perform any other duties as assigned by the company **Qualifications:** - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Previous experience in the Telecommunication industry would be a plus, but not mandatory - Dedication to delivering World Class client experiences Join us at South Star Software Pvt Ltd and be a part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients in the telecom sector.,
