Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Strong Client Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong rapport.
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and other touchpoints to stay connected and aligned with their goals.
  1. Understanding the Clients Needs:

  • Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to fully understand their business, challenges, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs and goals.
  • Create and execute account strategies based on client insights to ensure long-term success.
  1. Anticipating Client Needs:

  • Proactively identify potential opportunities to add value to clients by suggesting new products, services, or improvements based on their evolving business needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments to offer clients forward-thinking advice and solutions.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each client, anticipating their future challenges and goals.
  1. Managing Expectations:

  • Set clear and realistic expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes from the start of the engagement.
  • Continuously manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Keep clients informed of progress and any potential delays, ensuring transparency and trust.
  1. Handling Issues and Challenges:

  • Act as the escalation point for any client issues or concerns, handling them with urgency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Provide thoughtful and effective solutions that address client needs and prevent future issues.
  1. Building Client Loyalty:

  • Implement strategies to build client loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Recognize opportunities to go above and beyond for clients, offering value-added services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure clients remain satisfied and continue their business relationship with Headway Tek.
  1. Client Retention and Growth:

  • Drive client retention by consistently delivering high-quality service and anticipating client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Schedule and lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess progress, identify opportunities, and discuss future for growth.
  1. Travel to Client Locations for Meet & Greet:

  • Travel to client locations as needed for face-to-face meetings, relationship building, and business development (travel requirements may vary based on client needs).
  • Represent Headway Tek professionally and enthusiastically, ensuring that each interaction strengthens client relationships and contributes to long-term success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (masters preferred).
  • Minimum of 8+ years

    of experience in

    client engagement

    or

    account management

    , preferably in the

    Staffing / Recruitment

    or

    Technology

    or

    Software

    Industry.
  • Experience in the

    Indian Market

    and familiarity with local industries and business culture.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in client retention strategies and account growth.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as required (both within Hyderabad and potentially outside, depending on client needs).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other client engagement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
