As a Client Engagement Associate at BlissMoney Fintech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact in the client acquisition process within the Private Wealth Management division. Your main responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their financial interests, scheduling meetings with wealth advisors, maintaining effective follow-ups, and ensuring accurate updates in our CRM system. Additionally, you will support in enhancing the overall client experience through communication, feedback loops, and onboarding coordination. To excel in this role, you should have at least 13 years of experience in client-facing positions, preferably within wealth management, banking, fintech, or insurance sectors. Strong communication skills in English, organizational abilities, and interpersonal intelligence are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems, financial products, and regional language proficiency would be advantageous.
