Client Development Trainee

As a Trainee Client Development at IRB, you will be responsible for managing online market research projects, reaching out to new prospects through emails or calls, managing bids and RFQs, preparing quotations for bids from existing clients, and maintaining reports of the bids done. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes: - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Good understanding of sales, bidding, and negotiating techniques. - A positive and goal-oriented attitude. - Openness to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. - Out-of-the-box thinking and a solution-oriented approach. - Proficiency in analytics and mathematics.
