Female candidates required with Immediate joining from Noida location.

Job type - Full Time (Work from Office regularly).

Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate (Non- IT).

Experience Required – 0 to 6months (Female Freshers are welcome)

Salary - 18,000/- stipend for first six months then Rs. 4.00 Lacs CTC P.A

Roles & Responsibilities-

• This role focuses on PRIMARY RESEARCH & Data Collection
• Candidate will be involved in recruitment of target audience for conducting research surveys over the phone/web across the globe
• Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
• Conduct surveys with senior level industry experts and collect information via different mediums – Phone, email etc
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Including Night) [Both side Cabs will be provided].

Bond: With 1.6 years of service bond including training period.

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Competencies Required:

• Must have excellent oral communication skills.
• Creative Thinking is an essential success skill for primary research roles.
• Must be open for calling to conduct interviews.
• A positive and high patience level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Must open for rotational shifts.
