The Client Dealing Agency Partner role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. You should have prior experience in client servicing, agency partnerships, or account management, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization. - Understand client requirements and ensure effective delivery of services. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling organizational services. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth. - Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and performance metrics. - Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or agency partnerships. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Familiarity with the Kolkata market will be an added advantage. The company offers a salary as per industry standards for this full-time, contractual/temporary position. You will also be entitled to Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person.
