Client Coordinator - Surface Industry

You will be joining Wolves Creata as a Client Coordinator based in Ahmedabad with a salary of up to 25k. As a Client Coordinator, your role will involve acting as the main liaison between clients and internal Graphic teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations. You will coordinate between internal departments such as design and logistics to meet client requirements. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and managing client meetings, calls, and follow-ups, as well as preparing and sharing project timelines, documentation, and progress reports. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of client communications, files, and interactions and assist in building and nurturing strong long-term client relationships.
