Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Coordinator - Field Work role located in Coimbatore. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience. The role entails effective communication, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing field visits, and providing exceptional customer service support. Additionally, the Client Coordinator will address client concerns and ensure prompt resolutions to maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, client visits, and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients.
• Prior experience in a client coordination or customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is preferred.
