Client Coordinator-Entry level

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive with a Life Science background. The role involves supporting clients, understanding their research or service needs, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. Freshers with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and smooth project execution.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and follow-ups in a structured manner.
• Build positive relationships with clients through clear communication and service delivery.
• Resolve basic client queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support the team in day-to-day client management activities.

Required Skills

• Life Science educational background (required)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of scientific terms (preferred)
• Ability to handle client queries professionally
• Detail-oriented and well-organized

Experience: Fresher
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Biotechnology / MBA in Marketing and HR, life science or related field
