Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and well-spoken individual who can handle client communication related to invoicing, payment follow-ups, and commercial terms. The role requires someone with excellent command over English — someone who can write and speak with clarity, professionalism, and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payment timelines, and related details.
Send timely reminders and follow up on pending payments in a polite yet firm manner.
Discuss and align client terms, conditions, and agreements when required.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing.
Maintain proper communication records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Draft professional emails, proposals, and client correspondence when needed.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Prior experience in client communication, invoicing, or finance coordination preferred.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,776.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
