Do you love interacting with clients and ensuring their experience is nothing short of delightful? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team at Babytrails photography

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Understand and address client needs, preferences, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate photo sessions and schedules between clients and photographers
• Guide clients through the photography process, from booking to final product delivery
• Maintain detailed records of client communications, bookings, and payments
• Seek feedback from clients to continually improve our services and exceed their expectations
