As a Client Coordinator at Surprise Machi, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, confirming event details, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their event needs, confirm bookings, and maintain clear communication. - Follow up on client inquiries, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets through effective coordination and relationship-building. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and flawless event planning. - Keep accurate records of client interactions, event confirmations, and updates in the CRM system. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, propose new gift/surprise ideas, and explore venue partnerships to enhance event offerings. - Assist in managing walk-in clients, addressing direct inquiries, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. - Gather feedback, deliver post-event materials (photos, videos), and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
