Client Change Analyst

As a Client Change Analyst at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the client change process to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating the client change process from identification to implementation planning and monitoring. - Providing support to clients throughout the delivery of change requests and ensuring clear communication of progress/issues. - Planning and controlling the change request delivery process across internal Securities Services (SSv) teams. - Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure changes are fit for purpose and ready for adoption. - Building key relationships with internal SSv stakeholders. - Evolving and improving change request processes to deliver changes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. - Ensuring compliance with internal instructions, control standards, and regulatory requirements. - Maintaining awareness of market initiatives and changes in legislation in Financial Services. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in client change/project management in Securities Services. - Financial Services experience, ideally in a Middle Office or Fund Administration. - Solid understanding of business change techniques and industry-standard methodologies. - Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders. - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. - Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively in a team. - Past experience with Aladdin/Multifonds is a plus.
